I found a couple of items missing in the Accessible and Usable PDF book, Third Edition and thought I'd create a page with errors and omissions to my books. One of my favourite mystery authors, Joanne Fluke has a similar page for recipe "oops" in her books.
If you find items not listed here, please let me know and I'll add them. I'm also correcting the books themselves for the next edition.

Page 365: "Table Excel Descriptions" reads "To add Alt text to a table in Excel, select the table and press the AppKey. Select the Table item in the context menu and then choose"
And should read: "To add Alt text to a table in Excel, select the table and press the AppKey. Select the Table item in the context menu and then choose Alternate Text."
